At Blanchette Elementary, we believe that all children can and will learn. To ensure that all children will aim for academic success:

• We will maintain high expectations and promote academic excellence for all students.
• We will create and support a school environment in which all children and adults feel welcomed,
  respected, trusted, and an important part of the school.
• We will ensure that students read, write, and speak fluently and at a grade-appropriate level.
• We will foster a positive school climate of nurtured risk-taking: Push beyond their comfort zone so they can build resilience, character, and problem-solving skills.
